Cancellation Policy

Stand Strong Psychological understands that sometimes you need to cancel or change your appointment, and kindly ask for 48 hours or more notice when doing so. This allows sufficient time to rebook your appointment slot. If notice is not given within 48 hours of your appointment, the full cost of the session fee will be charged .  The participant will not be charged travel time or  unless Stand Strong has travelled to the session and the participant is not there.
We regret the need to introduce this policy, but late cancellations and 'no-shows' represent a considerable cost to our business.
