Online Individual Psychotherapy
Individual session fee (50 mins) : $185
Concession rates may apply to eligible concession card holders. Please ask for details. Concession rates are offered at the
discretion of the practice.
For telehealth online video and phone bookings a 50 % deposit is required at the time of booking or you can choose to pay the amount in full. This can be paid when you book online or you can pay over the phone.
Medibank funding component
With a referral from your GP in the form of a Mental Health Care Plan, Medicare may cover $87.25 with a gap payable of
$92.75 up to 10 sessions per calendar year
NDIS, DVA & My Aged Care Funded programs
Session fee: as per the Schemes' recommendation.
Progress reports will be charged at the above hourly rate, usually one hour.
NDIS sessions with self or plan managed plans and require payment of invoice within seven business days.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling
EAP is a service provided by your employer, allowing you a set allocation of sessions funded by them. If your employer engages Stand Strong psychological as their EAP provider, seek a referral through them or contact Stand Strong directly for further details.
Fees are invoices directly to the employer.

Cancellation Policy
Stand Strong Psychological understands that sometimes you need to cancel or change your appointment, and kindly ask for 48 hours or more notice when doing so. This allows sufficient time to rebook your appointment slot. If notice is not given within 48 hours of your appointment, you will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled fee
cancellation or non attendance within 24 hours will incur a 100% of the scheduled fee.
When you book an appointment you will receive information around payment and cancellation as well as other terms and conditions.
Stand Strong regrets the need to introduce this policy, but late cancellations and 'no-shows' represent a considerable cost to our business and creates longer wait times for those on the waiting list.
