(Plan & Self Managed Plans)

50 min Therapy or social work session:

$ 193.99

Travel Cost Fee:

There is no charge for kilometers travelled

Travel Time Fee: In accordance with the Modified Monash Scale. metropolitan areas up to 30 minute travel time is charged. The last client of the day may be charged travel time both ways.

Progress reports/supporting letters:

$193.99 hr

Stand Strong accepts Self & Plan Managed NDIS Participants. Please make sure you have funding for the required lines in your NDIS Plan.

Under 7 yrs:

Payment: Your plan manager or self (if self managed) will be invoiced within 7 business days.

What is included in the session fee

Meet & Greet, a service agreement will then be provided
A 50 minute Counselling session
Assessment
Treatment Plan
Session planning
Case Notes
Review
Liaise with other Allied Health Professionals as required

What is not included in the session fee

Travel cost:

Will be charged .97c per km each way and can be shared among participants.

Travel Time:

Will be discussed per participant. In general terms areas Travel Time is charged according to the NDIS Price Guide 2022/2023 referring to the Modified Monash Model as follows:

zones: MM1-3

30 minutes is charged each way

zones: MM4-6

60 minutes is charged each way

zones MMM 6-7

to be discussed with participant

**Please note when traveling from one participant directly to another participant, the participant will only be charged travel time one way**

Payment

A Invoice will be sent to the plan manager or participant/carer is self managed within 3 business days and payment is required within 14 business days

Cancellation Policy

Stand Strong understands that sometimes you need to change your appointment, and we kindly ask for 48 hours or more notice when doing so. Failure to provide 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling
the full fee may be charged. Stand Strong regrets the need to introduce this policy, but late cancellations and 'no-shows' represent a considerable cost to our business.
